Dr. Ca-Asia Lane is an academic scholar, author and leader in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC region. Over the years she has developed daily leadership nuggets to provoke change in the dialogue centered around leadership development. As a leadership researcher, she uses artistic intuition, creativity and leadership to disrupt the social norms of leadership models and expectations. Her passion is to help others identify with their leadership uniqueness and creativity. Dr. Ca-Asia is a retired Army commissioned officer with nearly 20+ years of military leadership and service. She is also the founder of wHolyPraise Dance LLC and WPDM Publishers.
